Uzasny Urban Nidhi Limited (UUNL) is registered under the Companies Act 2013. Main objective of UUNL is to encourage thrift, savings habit of members and to render all financial assistance by receiving long and short-term deposits. UUNL provide loan to its members based on security /collateral. Additionally, providing hassle free experience in managing the financial needs through technology such as internet enabled tools.

UUNL will provide membership only through reference from existing membership. Any citizen resident of WEST BENGAL can apply for membership.
UUNL offers various deposit options to its members such as recurring deposit, fixed deposit, savings deposit and other deposits as allowed by law for Nidhi Companies. UUNL grant loans only to the members against

securities of immovable properties, on the security of deposits, movable assets such as gold jewellery, silver jewellery, Kisan Vikas Patra, National Saving Certificates, insurance policies and other Government securities up on such terms and condition as may from time to time prescribed in law for Nidhi Companies.

Membership Details

Uzasny Urban Nidhi Limited invites residents of West Bengal to become a shareholder in the company to be able to take part in the activities of the company. Every member is a shareholder of the company.

Terms for membership

Membership is only through reference from existing members
Any public residing in West Bengal / NRI’s from West Bengal can apply for membership
Minimum age for membership will be 18 years
Minimum 100 shares to be purchased to become a member of face value Rs. 10.00, subject to company terms
Minors can open deposit accounts if the guardians of the minor is a member of the company
